Salsa Seduction is run by Emily and her team of instructors.

Emily is a qualified teacher and has danced many styles from ballet and bellydancing to ballroom and of course salsa. She has taught salsa for the last four years.  Her passion for salsa, natural patience and gentle encouragement ensures that everyone who comes to dance enjoys themselves and feels a sense of achievement in the steps they have learnt and the dancing they have participated in.  Her personal style preferences tend towards Cuban rather than New York, however with a range of instructors, Salsa Seduction teaches both Cuban and New York  style salsa.

At Salsa Seduction we do not believe in courses or tie ins, we prefer people to progress at their own pace and not to feel under pressure.  We teach three levels of class:  beginners, improvers and intermediates.  Once the instructors are satisfied that you have mastered all the moves, and you yourself feel confident to do so, we will move you up to the next level.  By not running set courses, this also means that if you need to miss a week for any reason, you don't lose money and don't miss out on the moves!

The lessons are just part of the evening.  We encourage people to stay for the freestyle dancing as well.  If you're a beginner it is a good chance to try out your new steps with more experienced dancers, and for those who have been dancing a little longer it's great to be able to invent your own routines and dance with different partners.

As well as regular classes we also run party nights.  These may have a buffet, DJ or guest teacher as well as plenty of freestyle dancing.  Please look on the events page for further details.

We can also offer private tuition, or why not book us to teach salsa at your party or next team building event at work?

As well as learning a passionate and sexy dance, salsa keeps you fit and is a great social occasion as well.  Why not give it a try?
